For a return to be refunded all merchandise must be returned within 30 days. These items must have all original tags attached, in their original form (NOT worn, altered, or washed). We reserve the right to refuse a refund / exchange if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage. If you believe an item is defective please give notice to team@squatchsupplyco.com before sending the item back. To insure we receive your return/exchange please request a tracking number from your shipper. We are not responsible for lost returns or exchanges. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. All Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
